We want you and your furry friend to love your 4PuP.com purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as you received it.
- Unworn or unused.
- With all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company.
